No Lost Battalion An Oral History of the 2/ 29th Battalion AIF by John Luck. The author is the son of a member of the 2/29th Battalion during WWII. The 29th Battalion was one of the Battalions engaged in stopping or at best slowing the Japanese advance towards Singapore. They were present at the famous Australian attack/stand at the Muar River Malaya subsequent massacre at Parit Sulong.
After the Fall of Singapore the members become POW's and the horrors of the Thai Burma Railway. A large history, numerous pictures, maps, a Honour Roll and a full member Nominal Roll compliments this history.
