Forgotten Valour: The Story of Arthur Sullivan, VC: Shy War Hero. ' by P.Quinlivian , Arthur Sullivan enlisted with the AIF on the 24/4/1918 and embarked for overseas service with the RBAA Reserve Brigade Australian Artillery . He was studing Artillery in England when the War ended. He then become a volunteer member of the Northern Russia Relief Force where he won the Victoria Cross for Valour during that campaign. He survived all, but was accidentally killed in London whilst representing Australia at the Coronation of King George 6th in 1937 '. An interesting history of the Life of Arthur Sullivan VC and the Russian Civil War campaign in which many AIF soldiers fought. Lest We Forget
