Autobiography of Sir Richard Kingsland World War II RAAF pilot who flew Short Sunderland for 10 Squadron and Catalina Flying Boats with 11 Squadron. The author commenced flying with the RAAF in July 1935 as a trainee at Point Cook.
After his war service, in 1948 he transferred to the public service we pursued a career in the Department of Civil Aviation and later Defence.
