'From Here They Marched' is the history of South Australia's Mitcham Camp. Mitcham Camp was the main training camp for new AIF Volunteers in Adelaide during World War One. It was located in what is now the suburb of Colonel Light Gardens. The Camp was at one time home for 4400 men.

In 1920 a report stated, 33000 passed through the Camp and 6000 did not return. The 27th Battalion was the first Battalion to march into what would be the historic Mitcham Camp. The 10th Battalion reinforcements passed through the Camp, with the 32nd Battalion being formed there in August 1915.
