This military war book is Volume 7 of the Official History of the War published by the Australian War Memorial. This volume was printed in 1984 titled ' Official History Of Australia 1914-18 Volume VII Sinai and Palestine ' by H.S. Gullett. First printed in 1929 this book is the seventh edition printed in 1939. This well known series was published as a 12 Volume set by the Australian War Memorial the editor being its founder, Charles Bean. Thus the set or single volumes are now commonly known as the 'beans'. Much sought after in its original editions with the burgundy boards - the value of which will continue to escalate.
