This war book is part of the well known Battleground Series titled St Quentin Hindenburg Line it records the Battles that took place around the town during the 1914 - 1918 WWI.
Please note that although Australians did fight near the town especially in 1918 and are mentioned in this book - this book does not cover the Australian Battle of Mount St Quentin. The Mont is located some distant away from the town.
The Battleground Series have become very collectable due to the excellent maps 'then and now' pics concise historical text.
