The Dungarees records the recruitment march from Warwick to Brisbane by volunteers for the First World War and the sequel re-enactment in 1998.

Inspired by the first march called the Cooees (Gilgandra to Sydney) in October 1915 the Dungarees set off in November 1915 marching from Warwick to Brisbane.

Many other marches followed, Waratahs (Nowra to Sydney), Kangaroos ( Nowra to Sydney), Kurrajongs (Inverell to Narrabri) to name a few. The Dungarees took a lengthened journey to Brisbane going via Toowoomba and the Lockyer Valley - 28 marchers set out, finishing with 125. The 1998 re-enactment attracted much media interest when Eric Abraham (an original 1915 marcher) joined the group near his 100th Birthday.
